Parties This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between videoindir.com (“Site”) and all individuals who visit or use the Site (“User”). By accessing the Site, the User declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted this Agreement.
Description of the Service The site offers a free service that allows you to download content from social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. The site allows you to easily download content by simply pasting the video link.
Terms of Use 3.1. The User agrees to use the Site only for legal purposes. The User agrees that unauthorized downloading of copyrighted content is illegal and that the User bears full responsibility in such cases. 3.2. The Site should not be used for commercial purposes. Right to Change The Site reserves the right to unilaterally change this Agreement at any time. The updated agreement enters into force from the moment it is uploaded to the Site.
Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and Mersin Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be competent.
Acceptance and Enforcement All users of the Site are deemed to have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.
